We did the Qigong for Weight Loss piece after a Tai Chi warm-up and finished with a Chi massage of our whole self. I was glowing by the end. Literally, my fingertips were beet red, my palms were mottled (signs of flowing Chi). I really felt like I had done it mostly right.
Just me, aspiring mystic, lover of blue roses (a thing between my grandmother and I), and my thoughts, hopes, dreams, feelings...that which catches and holds my attention...out there for GOD and everyone to see...

Tonight was my first Qigong class...
and I LOVED it. Granted, there were 20 people squoozed into not a huge room and by the end of the class it was HOT in there, but the moves, the energy was FABULOUS and I absolutely loved it.
